Ochosi is the the patron of justice all animals and wildlife and of hunters. Associated with St Norbert and St. Hubert - both of who are hunters and depicted with a bow and a stag. which are symbols of Ochosi. He is the patron of those who have problems with the law. Besides being a hunter and a warrior he is also a magician, a seer and a fisherman. He is the spirit associated with the hunt, forests, animals, and wealth. He is spirit of meals, because it is he who provides food. He is associated with lightness, astuteness, wisdom, and craftiness in the hunt. He is the orisha of contemplation, loving the arts and beautiful things.
