This is the rune of beneficial outcomes, but patience is required. Jera is a rune that symbolizes cycles, harvest, and reward, representing the natural rhythms of time and the completion of a year. It signifies that hard work and patience will lead to positive outcomes and abundance.  Cultivation is needed to bring things to fruition. Always there is a time span involved. It implies the space of a growing season that is generally read literally, that is, from six to nine months up to as long as a year. The ultimate outcome is in the hands of the gods.
